Michelle Falzon
Managing Director

I’m Michelle. I’m the managing director of Stepping Stones. I’ve been working at Stepping Stones for fourteen years and my role is to take care of the employees and running the centres. I chose this line of work as during my psychology course I became fascinated with children’s psychology and wanted to extend my knowledge in the field, I then furthered my studies and also became a play therapist. I consider myself to be patient, a problem solver and I feel that I am able to understand children’s needs and wants. The most rewarding thing about my job is that in this line of work I am able to make children’s day brighter and messier. My proudest achievement will always be my children and my marriage. In my free time I enjoy outdoor sports, picnics and dancing.
